I am an in-network provider for Carefirst/BlueCross-BlueShield.  If you have Carefirst/BCBS insurance, please refer to your insurance plan to best understand your insurance benefits.

If you have another insurance provider, you may be able to receive some reimbursement for services paid directly to this provider. You should contact your insurance provider and inquire about your "out of network mental health benefits"

• Phone calls addressing therapeutic concerns with patients and caregivers: Hourly rate prorated
